Warranties & return of merchandise

WARRANTY

The manufacturer says his product will come without defects and offers a warranty of a minimum of one year beginning at delivery date, excluding some exceptions. This warranty will apply only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. 

If the product proves defective within the warranty period, the manufacturer will repair or replace the product as needed.  This warranty is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of defective product only, therefore will not cover costs associated as service charges for installation or un-installation of the product on warranty.

 

Return merchandise on warranty

Customer need to follow these instructions:

  1. Get in writing from Natech Industry an authorization number for each return of goods.
  2. Customer must ensure that the merchandise has not been modified.
  3. Customer pays for the merchandise shipment.
  4. Credit or replacement will be issued upon receipt and verification of the defective products.

 

Return of merchandise

Customer need to follow these instructions:

  1. Get in writing from Natech Industry an authorization number for each return of goods.
  2. Customer must ensure that the merchandise has not been modified, used and it still in the original box.
  3. The goods must be current and not outdated.
  4. Customer pays for the merchandise shipment.
  5. The return must be made within 30 days after the invoice date otherwise restocking fee of 15% will be applied if the return is accepted.
  6. No returns are accepted on custom or modified products.
  7. Credit or replacement will be issued upon receipt and verification of the defective products.
